If I cancel my phone service can I take my number with me?

So long as there are no current outstanding charges on your account you may take your number with you, should you cancel your phone service with us. Please be aware that as your service with us uses the Internet as your phone line, your geographic location is not as important as it is with traditional phone providers. If you migrate back to a provider who uses a traditional phone line as the basis of their service they may not be able to process this request; for example if you wish to use a number beginning 0161 (Manchester dialling code) in London.
