If my router is faulty, do I have to pay for a replacement?

If you suspect your HyperHub is faulty our customer support team are here to help you, just call 0333 332 1111 and they will guide you through steps aimed at resolving your issue. If your HyperHub needs to be replaced and is covered under warranty it will be exchanged for free, providing the issue has not been caused by improper use and that you have a current Hyperoptic connection.
