When will the first payment be taken?

Your billing period will start two days after your service is activated. You'll be able to use your Internet connection as soon as you're activated. Your broadband and phone service are paid monthly in advance and any calls are charged in arrears. Payments are due at the start of each month so your initial bill may be pro-rated to bring you in line with our billing cycle. This applies to both our 12 month contract and our No Contract packages. Please review our terms and conditions for further explanation on how your first bill is calculated.
