If I move house and can't get Hyperoptic anymore, can I cancel my service?

It depends on the amount of time left on your contract. If you wish to end your agreement early you will be subject to a cancellation fee, which can be obtained by contacting the customer service team on 0333 332 1120 or at support@hyperoptic.com. There is a 30 days’ notice period for all cancellations.
