I'm not getting my full speed wirelessly, why is this?

If you've subscribed to either our 100Mb or 1Gb Hyperoptic service you may find your actual speeds are slower when using a wireless connection. This occurs because current wireless technology will struggle to create a throughput of over 70Mb. Even with our 20Mb service your speed will be lower using the wireless connection, as distance from the HyperHub will affect the throughput available to you. To get closer to your advertised speed we recommend connecting your device to the HyperHub router using an Ethernet cable.
