I’m unable to access a webpage, what can I do?

Our customer service team can help you to troubleshoot any problems you may be having, however, before you call try the following simple troubleshooting techniques:

  • Try a different website to rule out issues with the site itself
  • Restart your computer
  • Restart the HyperHub (the easiest way to do is unplug it from the wall, leave it for a couple of minutes and then re-connect)
