Why do I need a username and password?

Once you have ordered you will have access to 'My Hyperoptic', where you can view your details, review your bills, communicate with our support team through our ticketing system, and change your banking details.  Your username and password are your login details for this service, and should be kept secret. If you forget your username you can also login by entering your email address associated with your account in to the username field.
