How do I cancel my service?

If you wish to cancel your service we’ll make this process as easy as possible for you. Please use the email address associated with your account to contact support@hyperoptic.com stating your customer number, name and reason for leaving. There's a 30 days’ notice period for all cancellations. If you are on a 12 month contract and wish to leave before the initial 12-month period of your contract has expired cancellation charges will be applied (£20/month remaining for Broadband Only and £25/month remaining for Broadband & Phone services plus any outstanding charges). If you are on a No Contract package, there will be no cancellation charges, however the 30 days’ notice period still applies. Please read our terms and conditions for full details.
