If you wish to cancel your service we’ll make this process as easy as possible for you. Please use the email address associated with your account to contact firstname.lastname@example.org stating your customer number, name and reason for leaving. There's a 30 days’ notice period for all cancellations. If you are on a 12 month contract and wish to leave before the initial 12-month period of your contract has expired cancellation charges will be applied (£20/month remaining for Broadband Only and £25/month remaining for Broadband & Phone services plus any outstanding charges). If you are on a No Contract package, there will be no cancellation charges, however the 30 days’ notice period still applies. Please read our terms and conditions for full details.
