There may be a few reasons that you may incur charges during this period, these include;
- Charge for additional cabling in your property
- Chargeable calls during this period
- Your promotion is due to expire. For example, if your account was activated on 12th March, your promotion is set to expire on 12th June. The June invoice, issued on 15th May, will contain a service charge for the period between 12th and 30th June.
