What charges can I expect in my first invoice?

Hyperoptic charges for broadband and line rental in advance, and for chargeable calls in arrears.

Your first invoice will be higher than future invoice, as you will be entering the invoicing cycle part way through.

For example, if your account is activated on 11th of the month , your first invoice will arrive on/around 15th the month and contain the following charges:

  • Broadband and Line Rental for the period between 11th and 30th
  • Broadband and Line Rental for the following month

 Alternatively, if your account is activated on 25th the month, your first invoice will arrive on 15th the month and contain the following charges:

  • Broadband and Line Rental for the period between 25th and 30th the month
  • Broadband and Line Rental for July
  • Broadband and Line Rental for August

 Additionally, your first invoice will contain the following charges, where applicable:

  • Connection fee
  • Extension fee
  • Call charges up to the invoice issue date

 Call charges are charged in arrears. All chargeable calls made between the account activation date and the date your first invoice is issued will appear on the first invoice.
