Connecting your Phone

If you have chosen one of our broadband and phone packages, the phone port on your HyperHub will be active. Once your phone is connected you can make calls to UK national, UK mobile, premium numbers, emergency numbers and international numbers. Our Phone is provided as a Voice over broadband and in most cases you can use your existing handset. Some BT branded handset do not function properly, contact customer service if you are concern that your existing handset is not compatible.

     1. Setting up your Phone

Plug the grey cable (provided) to the grey Phone port at the back of the HyperHub and the other end of the grey cable to our Phone.
